Here's the build my guild ran. 5 r/p. 1 oop. 1 woh. 1 infuser. The point of the build is call a target and spike it down in less than 5 seconds. it isn't really a spike but it's a continuous damage and monks can't keep up with it. with tiger stance and ur pet, you should have about 80 - 120 dps with poison(apply poison).

After my guild is flawless 4 parties in a roll, we lost only to another r/p group.

have fun abusing it before they nerf it.

They will nerf it. It's overpowered.

With Experise at 16 the rangers can continuously spam those 3 skills until the target is dead. Infuser will run out of energy or health to do anything about it. Personal experience. We had to incorporate "Shields Up!" into the build just to stand a chance.

I saw The Spearmen using this, made me giggle at 3am. They wiped out #28 I'm Following You uber-fast. xD

We faced The Spearman, both of us using this, on Courtyard last night. We killed most of them, but the third team got the altar because we had neglected to bring interrupts =/

Tigers Fury
Spear of Lightning
Barbed Spear
Viscious Spear
Stunning Spear
Apply Poison
Charm Animal

1 Infuse/WoH
1 Boon Prot

1 OOP Necro


Rolled Bloodspike, Iway, Balanced, Dervish Avatars, you name....did have a smigin of a problem with a high ranked Iway after we killed some of them off. But between the poison, bleeding and dazed and awesome dps under tigers.....all I have to say is pwnage. But it was the best amount of fame I've seen since Iway first came around...heh.

Does line of sight affect this skill ? Then IMO I think its overpowered my guild I think faced a team like this last night on Scarred so we just tried runnin back and forth down low lol.One of them said in all chat,"Stop RUnning you lil ____head.

It even works pretty well in GvG with some modifications. The pressure is huge, overwhelming. Was with a PUGvG team last night that picked up 8 PPG with something like this running a healer hench. silliness imo

Calling this build a spike shows a clear misunderstanding of the character, and pvp in general TBH. That's like seeing 4 R/W hammer thumpers and an orders necro and yelling "oh shit it's thumper spike!"

I wouldnt call it overpowered at all because it does have its strenghts and its weaknesses like all builds. I'm only saying this because I ran a Dervish bombing group w/ 4 d/me and 1 d/r w/ symbiosis using avatar of melandru and 1 boon prot, 1 woh healer, and 1 aoe smiter. We tore through any r/p teams we came accros. Usualy, the only teams that would beat us would be a ranked bspike or a smiteball.

I had the same experience. Tried this out in GvG with surprisingly good results. The pressure is immense. Considering that at least half my group had zero GvG experience (or close to) and that 6/8 were playing premades I'd say that it is overpowered. How they'd change it though I have no idea.

#1) Charm Animal is not optional, a huge portion of the damage in the build rests in the pet. If that pet dies, you want it back.

#2) 8 or 9 expertise is sufficient, you pump your beast mastery to 14 or 15

#3) NOT A SPIKE This is very high pressure.

My group rolled every single group that ran this (including Fish and Spearmen) the night that it came out.
